Question

Robin and Rowell, both 16 years old, posted photos of themselves consuming cannabis and marijuana products at an Amsterdam coffee shop via Private Messenger on Facebook, visible only to close friends. Roccino, the older brother of one of their best friends, obtained his younger brother's account password without authority, accessed the Private Messenger, and shared Robin and Rowell's Amsterdam photos publicly on Facebook. Can Roccino be prosecuted for the act of accessing and sharing on Facebook the private pictures sent by Private Messenger to his brother? If yes, for what crime? (2018 BAR)
